HP-60Jeesperse HP-60 is a specialist emulsion concentrate of a Hydrogenated Polyisobutene and Cyclopentasiloxane-based silicone elastomer. It offers substantivity and long-lasting effects to emulsions as well as the characteristic 'powdery' skin feel. This grade allows added ease of formulation, as it can be added to existing emulsions using simple stirring. It is supplied as a white, milky emulsion.
